SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We do local production in 129 production hubs in 33 countries, meaning that you get orders faster while reducing costs, waste, and carbon emissions. We really think this is smarter and greener!

The delivery time is determined by multiple factors, including but not limited to:

• The product ordered
• The print location
• The destination country
• The size of the order
• The status of the network

Please bear in mind that the estimated delivery date shown when placing the order includes:

Fulfillment time: the time to create your products
Shipping time: the time to deliver from the print partner to the delivery address

 

(SAFE) PACKAGING

Based on our experience shipping lots of orders worldwide and supported by our customer feedback, we have defined the most efficient and damage-resistant ways to package our products to ensure compliance with local shipping requirements as well as the lowest damage rate.

If an order is damaged during transport, we have a simple process in place to support you. Please, contact us.

Posters only (without frame)
Depending on the size of the poster as well as the country to which the item is produced and shipped, our standard packaging is:

• Flat for posters up to A4
• Tube for posters above A4

Frames and Framed Posters
The frames come pre-packed with corners and film and then packed in a box with strong edges to protect the frames.
